Why Exhibit?

The Seattle Surgical Society’s annual meeting provides surgeons, medical professionals, and our industry partners with an opportunity to discuss the latest technology and solutions that are improving clinical practice and patient care.

The Seattle Surgical Society also strives to build, foster, and strengthen connections both old and new. Our meeting venue, The Hyatt at Olive 8, offers a beautiful and intimate exhibit hall with floor-to-ceiling glass walls, just outside the general session rooms. With your support, we hope to continue providing an opportunity for these connections and educational programs to flourish for years to come.

Exhibitor Levels

The Seattle Surgical Society invites you to join us at our 2025 Scientific Meeting the Hyatt Olive 8. There are several levels of support available. A 6-ft table top exhibit is included as part of the fee for each level.

Maximum appreciation, an opportunity for substantial partnership with the Society
Recognition at podium, through event signage, on final program, and on website
Acknowledgement as Platinum Level Supporter of the entire Annual Banquet
Invitation for 4 representatives to attend the Annual Banquet at The Ruins

$6,000

Gold Level

Recognition at podium, through event signage, on final program, and on website
Acknowledgement as Gold Level Supporter of an entire program session: Lunch, Morning or Afternoon Session
Invitation for 2 representatives to attend the Annual Banquet at The Ruins

$4,000

Silver Level

Recognition at podium, through event signage, on final program, and on website
Acknowledgement as Silver Level Supporter on Morning or Afternoon Break
Invitation for 1 representative to attend the Annual Banquet at The Ruins

Know Before You Go

Exhibit Hours
Friday, February 7
7:30 – 5:00 pm

Exhibit hours parallel our scientific sessions so be sure to staff your table, especially during breakfast and breaks.

Check-In

Please visit the registration desk to pick up your exhibitor packet as well as name badges.

Setup

Exhibit set-up begins on Thursday evening after 5 pm and Friday morning after 6:00 am. Room location is in the BALLROOM FOYER .

There may be electrical outlets on certain areas of the foyer. Please let us know if you need access to electrical outlet and power cords.

Sessions

Exhibitors are invited to attend any of the scientific sessions except as noted on the program.






Meals

We invite you to join us for lunch. Breakfast and breaks are included in your exhibit fee.

Note: If you are planning to attend our lunch, please let us know how many in your party are attending so we can adjust meal counts.
